ACE DEVELOPMENT & ENGINEERING ACQUIRES NINIX TECHNOLOGIES FROM BRUGES

Through its Belgian branch, ACE, one of the leading engineering companies in the Benelux with more than 200 engineers, acquires the Belgian company NiniX Technologies, a major player in the development of innovative electrical systems and industrial machines.
ACE is part of the Dutch Brandfort group which, through this acquisition, aims to further develop into a leading group of technical companies that are jointly able to offer integrated multidisciplinary solutions to their customers.
The synergy between the two companies in terms of areas of expertise and geographical location is substantial. NiniX Technologies will continue to trade under the same name after the aquisition and will have more space and opportunities to further raise it's profile as a leading system integrator in the Benelux and beyond through the Brandfort network.
