In the field of mechanical and mechatronic development, ACE Hightech Systems has extensive knowledge of fine mechanics and construction principles for accurate movement and positioning.
ACE engineers have multidisciplinary knowledge of measurement and control engineering and of actuators and sensors for motion control.

ACE Automotive is active in the fields of propulsion, interior and chassis systems. Our automotive engineers excel in mechanical engineering, mechatronics and software development. ACE Automotive works closely together with sister company BRACE automotive development and can therefore also carry out technically specialised projects.

Precision solutions for brain probes from global player imec

ACE Belgium has sent its custom-made installation to world player imec in Leuven. The innovative chip technology-based brain probes developed by imec, can now be sharpened with the highest precision. The hair-fine implants can measure brain activity in detail and offer deep insights into their functioning. By ensuring maximal integration of different systems, ACE developed a robust solution.

Janssen PMP - Fysium® - for the conservation of apples

How do you make 500 tonnes of apples last longer? Janssen PMP asked ACE development & engineering to create a portable translation of a complex laboratory setup. Fysium® is a total concept consisting of disposable cartridges containing various liquids and a generator that converts these liquids into a gas.

CRYOSTAT VIBRATION ISOLATION

For improved subatomic particle research at Leiden University's physics faculty, ACE has designed a construction that reduces the vibrations of the cryostat. A multidisciplinary team of ACE engineers designed and realised a solution for vibration isolation with a double frame.

NAVIGATION SYSTEM INTEGRATION

For this project, ACE formed a development team in Eindhoven together with sister company Brace Automotive Development. With another two resident engineers on site at the end customer, they took care of a flawless integration of the navigation system. As an integrator, ACE was in close contact with the development departments of our tier 1 customer and the OEM end customer. A good example of ACE hybrid services.

Rockfon – AUTOMATION OF THE ENTIRE PACKING PROCESS

Rockfon aims to achieve far-reaching automation of its entire production process. Automating the packing process was not easy: complex manoeuvres that a hand can easily perform are much more difficult for a machine. Nevertheless, ACE successfully automated the entire packing process of the Rockfon t-profiles.
