Mechanical Design Engineer varied projects
What will you do?
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be assigned to one of our customers and work on a wide range of technical projects. You are involved throughout the design process and take responsibility for the progress of (sub)projects.
- Designing and drafting in 3D and/or 2D
- Creating detailed part drawings and assembly drawings
- Performing and verifying required calculations
- Contributing to R&D and discussing potential technical issues and solutions
- Taking care of project administration
- Monitoring the progress of (sub)projects and ensuring deadlines and planning are met
What do you bring?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Design & Manufacturing Technology or a similar field
- Initial relevant work experience is a plus, but certainly not required
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo and/or Siemens NX
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- A strong eagerness to learn and a genuine passion for engineering, just like your future colleagues
- Interest in variety and flexibility across projects and working environments
