Rockfon faced inconsistent production output and unexplained downtime on one of its production lines due to limited objective production insight. Together with ACE development & engineering and Siemens, a data‑driven approach was implemented to capture real‑time production data on a traditional line.
By making production behaviour measurable, Rockfon increased its OEE from 60% to 80% within one day, without adding new machinery, creating a solid foundation for further digitalisation and performance optimisation.
