We define this way of working as project support. For temporary support abroad, we also use the term resident engineering.

In other cases, a long-term collaboration at a distance is the preferred approach. ACE then takes responsibility for capacity planning, staffing and infrastructure from its own offices.
With modern communication protocols, we ensure efficient workflows and secure access to data. At the same time, we regularly meet in person to align and facilitate creative brainstorming sessions.
