PROJECT SUPPORT
We understand that innovation projects often thrive in an environment driven by direct and informal communication.
In this setup, ACE engineers work as part of your project team, on-site at your location. In addition, ACE can take responsibility for project management.
We define this form of collaboration as project support. For temporary international assignments, we use the term resident engineering.
CO-DEVELOPMENT
In other development processes, long-term collaboration is organised remotely. In this case, ACE is responsible for capacity planning, staffing and infrastructure at its own offices.
Modern communication protocols ensure efficient workflows and secure access to data. At the same time, we regularly meet on-site to align progress and conduct creative brainstorming sessions.
We define this form of outsourcing as co-development.
INTEGRATION & PROTOTYPING
In some development processes, it is essential to verify at an early stage whether a chosen solution direction will deliver the desired result.
In addition to other collaboration models, ACE can support the rapid development of prototypes. This can range from mock-ups and exploratory models to fully functional prototypes.
To facilitate this, ACE has its own facilities for creative sessions and (rapid) prototyping, including a modest but well-equipped “Concept & Prototype Lab”.
TURNKEY SOLUTIONS
ACE can also act as your partner for turnkey projects — from concept through to full realisation. Based on a thorough assessment and clear specifications, we define clear agreements regarding results and conditions.
ACE is responsible for project management, development, engineering, procurement, contracting and execution.
For the realisation phase, ACE has access to a so-called “Assembly & Test Facility” of over 750 m², where complete production lines can be built, programmed and tested.
