Mechanical Design Engineer

ACE development & engineering is an international engineering company focused on supporting clients in the development of innovative solutions. To strengthen our engineering teams in Poznań, we are currently looking for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers.

In this role, you will work on a wide range of technical challenges in a dynamic and innovative engineering environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you play a key role in the design and configuration of machines and machine components, working under the supervision of a Lead Engineer. Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and further developing machines and machine components
• Improving existing products and developing new machines or components
• Translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions, in line with agreed schedules and budgets
• Ensuring high quality standards across all projects
• Preparing technical product documentation required for the transfer of projects to production

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Solid knowledge of mechanical design and technical documentation
• A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in product or component development
• Excellent knowledge of CAD software (such as CATIA, Siemens NX, Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.)
• Good command of both Polish and English, spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A willingness to learn, strong analytical thinking skills, and a genuine passion for technology

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Stage 1: A 30–45 minute online interview via Microsoft Teams
• Stage 2: A visit to our office, including meetings with colleagues and management, an introduction to the working environment, and a technical assessment
• Stage 3: A 30-minute interview with the Director
