ACE Polska is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to help design and configure machines and their components. You will turn customer requirements into robust technical solutions and collaborate with engineering specialists and international project teams across a diverse portfolio of high-tech industrial projects.

What will you do?

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and configuration of machines and their components. Your responsibilities include:

Designing, developing and optimising machines, products and mechanical components.
Translating customer requirements into specific technical solutions in line with defined schedules and budgets.
Ensuring compliance with high-quality standards across all projects.
Preparing technical documentation required for the handover of projects to production.
Creating and updating 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Designing mechanical parts and assemblies with manufacturing, assembly, operation and serviceability in mind.
Participating in design reviews and collaborating with other engineering disciplines and international project teams.

What do you bring?

Higher education with at least a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and technical documentation.
At least 1–3 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
Very good proficiency in CAD software; experience with CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE or Siemens NX is preferred. Experience with Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo or similar CAD tools is also welcome.
Good spoken and written Polish and English.
Knowledge of an additional foreign language, particularly German or Dutch, is a strong advantage.
Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, strong critical-thinking skills and a genuine passion for technology.
