Position Summary

To lead and drive ACE’s growth in Poland, we are seeking a passionate Sales & Business Development Manager for the West-Central region.
This role blends hands-on sales with strategic market development. You will inspire and guide clients, identify new sectors and partnerships, and shape long-term strategies that expand ACE’s presence in both existing and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to increase revenue and expand ACE Engineering Services’ client base.
  • Lead Sales Efforts: Develop winning proposals for RFPs and convert opportunities into successful contracts.
  • Represent ACE in the Market: Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating relationships and a professional network in key industries.
  • Deliver Client-Focused Solutions: Work closely with customers to understand engineering needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with other ACE entities to create synergies and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Prepare Proposals & Quotes: Develop accurate offers based on technical solutions that you develop together with our engineers.
  • Report & Track Performance: Monitor sales activities and provide regular performance updates.
  • Grow the Polish Market: Design and execute business-development strategies specific to Poland.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Research competitors and market movements to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Competencies

  • Active Networking & Negotiation: Build relationships, schedule calls, negotiate contracts, and help customers solve problems.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Polish industrial landscape with a solid technical affinity.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the central marketing team to craft compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Results-Oriented Closer: Positive, persuasive, and confident in sealing deals.
  • Independent & Team Player: Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Sales Expertise: Proficient in modern sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Mobility: Valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel for business.

Experience and Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or commercial equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar sales or business-development role, preferably selling services, with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both Polish and English.
