Lead engineer

THE FUNCTION

Within ACE (Delft office), we have a challenge for a new Lead Engineer with knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering. Within this position, you will be involved in challenging projects on a daily basis and will work closely with your teammates. The team will eventually consist of approximately five ACE engineers. Within projects, this ACE team will regularly and often intensively work together with fellow engineers on the client side. YOUR PROFILE

In this complex environment with many stakeholders, we are looking for someone who can steer this process in the right direction, especially technically. You can make the right technical considerations and also get all technical and non-technical stakeholders on board with the chosen solution direction. Location: ACE Delft (working from the office for 2-3 days) and presence in Haarlem for 2-3 days.

- TU/ HBO e.g. mechanical engineering;

- Minimum 5 years' work experience as an engineer (electromechanical, WTB or

electrical engineering);

- Multidisciplinary ability to interpret;

- Experience with 3D CAD, NX or electrical engineering EPLAN;

- Experience with larger mechanical engineering constructions, routing

piping, P&IDs;

- Experience in estimating work (parsing specifications and

breaking down work). What needs to be done per phase, Hour estimates

making is a must.
